We are seeking part time and full time Nurse Practitioners with either Adult or Family Practice Certification to provide primary care at our inpatient substance abuse treatment program. The Nurse Practitioner works independently to screen patients for admission, perform history and physicals, and provide sick call as needed. The ideal candidate would have availability on both weekends and weekdays depending on your schedule, however, we have Saturday availability routinely. We will train you in addiction medicine. Prior experience in a detox/ rehab setting is not required but a desire to learn is.

Requirements are at least 2 years experience working as a Nurse Practitioner, a current New York State Registration, DEA, NYS Medicaid registration, Infection Control Certificate, CPR Certification, Opioid Attestation, and NPI. Medical malpractice is paid for by the facility.
