An exciting opportunity awaits for those eager to make a difference. A full-time position as a Database Administrator is available. Join a dedicated team focused on the complete cycle of donation processing, fulfillment, and correspondence.
Responsibilities of the Database Administrator:
- Assist with donation processing, fulfillment, and correspondence tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including mail merge, to streamline processes.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment while efficiently multitasking.
- Maintain organization, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Engaging with donors
- Preferred minimum of three (3) years' office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including mail merge functionality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous.
- $20-$22 per hour
- Full-time position with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
