Job Opportunity: Bookkeeper
Location: Omaha, NE (in office located off I-80 & 84th st)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
Employment Type: Direct Hire FULL benefits
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at a reputable industrial electric company in Omaha. The ideal candidate must have strong QuickBooks experience and be proficient in managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Manage weekly payroll for approximately 20 employees based in Omaha.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and generate necessary reports.
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
  • Previous experience with payroll, particularly weekly payroll processing.
  • Background in industrial or manufacturing settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of job costing is a plus.
