CORNERSTONE RESIDENTIAL is Hiring a Property Manager Near Columbus, GA

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hard working, creative, detail oriented, confident, flexible and outgoing. Looking for someone with prior property management experience and/or sales experience.

  • Manages property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
  • Has a strong ability to lease apartments and maintain occupancy above 96% at all times
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, deposits, fees, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing and following an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
  • Completes weekly and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
  • Maintains building systems by directing maintenance services and costs.
  • Responds promptly to emergencies and consults with direct supervisor
  • Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators. (must have a backbone!)
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Upholds outstanding customer service and an upbeat attitude as well as able to accomplish high volumes of work with little supervision
  • Maintains up to date and accurate files and office organization
  • Follows all policies and procedures as outlined by Cornerstone Residential
  • Must be able to work independently, say no to residents when needed and meet all report deadlines as outlined by supervisor
  • Must be willing to commit to at least 1 year
  • 1-2 Property Management Experience

Pay: $22.00-$25.00/HR DOE Quarterly Bonuses and Monthly Commissions
