Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting setting. Experience in accounts payable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Job Duties and Functions:

• Accounts payable including calculating and posting invoices, verifying submitted invoices, and processing payments in a timely manner
• Review financial reports for accuracy and completion
• Financial reporting to owners, clients, financial institutions, and government entities as required
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Special projects as assigned
• General office duties
