CornerStone Professional Placement is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Scottsdale, AZ

Job DescriptionCornerStone Professional Placement has teamed up with a respected client in Scottsdale, AZ, to find a Financial Analyst. In this role, you'll manage commission calculations, including plan modeling, creating complex formulas, processing payments, and resolving commission-related issues. Qualified candidates will have at least two years of related experience and expertise in commission accounting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team! APPLY NOW! Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
  • Develop complex Excel formulas for commission payments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of reports.
  • Prepare monthly commission calculations.
  • Reconcile monthly commission payments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing commission plans, providing guidance and analysis to business units
  • Support system conversion and testing.
  • Additional duties assigned
Requirements for the Financial Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis
  • Advanced problem-solving skills using mathematics and large data sets.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; knowledge of SQL and VBA is a bonus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
Compensation For The Financial Analyst
  • 6-month Contract (Potential temp to perm)
  • Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Position will sit on-site for training before going hybrid remote)
  • Pay: $25-$27/hr. (depending on experience)
  • Benefits: Benefits offered thru CornerStone
