A Hotel Front Desk Agent is usually the first person who greets you when you walk into a hotel.

What are the responsibilities of the front office in a hotel?

Their key duties include distributing room keys, registering guests and verifying reservations. They are also tasked with helping guests with any questions or complaints. Front Desk is a very important department in the hotel, making direct contact with guests. The main function of this department is Reservation, Guest service, Check-in, Check-out, Telephone, Finance & Cashiering, Foreign Exchange, Room Assignment, Inquiry etc.
