Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Sales Manager at Cornerstone Homes located in Smithfield, VA. As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sale, customer service, lead generation, and prospect follow-up. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a positive experience for potential homebuyers and guiding them through the sales process.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Lead Generation and Sales skills
- Experience in the real estate industry or related field
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
