Job Description:

Finance Assistant will support the day-to-day function of the Finance Department. A keen aptitude of completing tasks timely and accurately with stong attention to detail is highly encouraged. This role will require, at times, independent thinking, and a self-starter mindset towards completing the tasks at hand and to support the Department's effort to successfully meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.

Job Responsibilities and Reporting Structure:

· Review credit card transactions for completeness and accuracy.

· Ensure each location has adequately completed their coding requirements. Manipulate transactional data for monthly imports to each location's financials.

· Pull data reports

· Data Entry for company wide

· Open and flexible

· Sending data sets to Operating Directors

· Coordinating and scheduling quarterly calls for Operating Director

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
