Cornerstone Bank is looking for an Accounts Payable/Accounting Assistant to join our professional team. This position can be located at any Cornerstone Bank location. This position is responsible for reviewing incoming vendor invoices, supporting documentation, and inputting into the accounts payable system. The incumbent will also monitor 1099NEC and 1099MISC requirements, and maintain records for Sales and Use Tax reporting. The position may perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. A High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of bank experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job is required.
