Cornerstone Apartment Services, Inc. focuses exclusively on managing apartment properties in Denver’s urban core. This seasonal part-time role will be Thursday-Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an on-call option to pick up additional shifts. It is based out of our Denver office andyou will be provided with warm leads, which allows you to focus on face-to-face sales out in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lease apartments showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.
• Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.
• Follow up with prospects during sales process via email, phone, texts.
• Report prospect and pricing feedback.
• Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings with warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.
• Provide yearly scorecards for each building.
• Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.

Compensation Package

• $31,826 - $37,826 annual estimate, based on $18.29/hourly pay plus $50 commission per lease signed, with an estimated 15-25 leases signed per month

Working Conditions

This position is part-time, Thursday-Saturday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Position spends time within the office and field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years customer service experience required
• 2 years sales experience preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license and vehiclerequired
• Work independently to achieve goals
• Organized and Professional
• Baseline knowledge of Denver neighborhoods
