Corner Alliance is Hiring a Remote Grants Management and Compliance Analyst

About the Role:

As a Grants Management and Compliance Analyst supporting our Federal government client,you will support across multiple Federal grant programs to create and update policies and procedures, providing oversight of cross-program monitoring progress and activities, supporting the tracking and responses related to stakeholder inquiries (e.g., Office of Inspector General, General Accountability Office), and supporting the process implementation of key priorities within a Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) framework.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Grant monitoring and oversight activities including implementing regulatory, risk, and compliance services for a Federal agency 
  • Continuously update and track and manage program risk and project milestones
  • Cross-functional integration across programs, and work streams (e.g., technical assistance, technology, policy, dashboarding)
  • Develop detailed standard operating procedures for critical processes, including post-award grants administration 
  • Documentation support (e.g., post-award grant guidance, tracking, meeting notes) 
  • Support of audit inquiry responses and tracking
  • Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive

Location:

You will work as part of a dynamic team remotely. You will work at the client site dependent on contract requirements.

Required Experience/Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2 years of professional experience 
  • 1 years of experience in regulatory, risk, and compliance or related services and/or grants management
  • Strong analysis skills to support the implementation of key priorities of a Federal agency FWA framework that governs its grant programs
  • Strong communications skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in all directions 
  • Knowledge and experience with federal and/or state regulatory, risk, and compliance services, including the management of the risk of fraud, waste, and abuse
  • Understanding of array of approaches to manage the risk of fraud, waste, and abuse
  • Knowledge of full lifecycle grants management from pre-award through closeout
  • US citizenship and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and PowerBI
