Cleaning Technician Job Summary:

A core position in our facility that assists with equipment cleaning and overall stability of process flow. Needing dependable technicians to assist in a rapidly scaling up business and join a stable team of experienced scientists and production leads. This team member assists with cleaning of production equipment, sanitation of work areas, and facility/utensil cleaning. Experience working with industrial dishwashers is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to achieve production goals and ensure smooth flow of processes.
• Handles and operates cleaning machinery and keeps work utensils clean and sanitized.
• Ensure workplace is clean and organized, with assistance in cleaning of production and extraction equipment, production utensils, and machinery.
• Keep track of preparation of materials to ensure stable production environment.
• An understanding of clean environments and proper following of guidelines put forth by the company and regulatory authorities.
• Assistance in day to day batch prep understanding and regular production with our leads.
• Organizing facility cleaning scheduling and keeping cleaning records up to date.

Skills requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in production environment with understanding of production and packaging equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• MS Office experience: Teams, Excel, Word
• Attention to detail with strong organization skills.
• Reliability and positive energy for team cohesion.
• Desire for growth and with strong personal ethics and work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Comfortable with repetitive arm motions and ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
• HS diploma preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
