POSITION SUMMARY: 

Cority is seeking a Sustainability Marketing Specialist to provide support and oversight to brand awareness and demand generation programs focused on our sustainability solutions. Over the 6-month contract, this role will be responsible for delivering multi-channel theme-based campaigns as well as managing the strategy and execution of planned online and offline events. The right candidate excels in the areas of project management, cross-functional coordination, and results-driven campaign execution. Ideally, we are looking for someone with an interesting sustainability and an understanding of global sustainability & ESG reporting frameworks and regulations –such as CDP, CSRD, US SEC Climate Rule, and SB261 - whether in their personal or professional life. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the execution of at least three multi-channel campaigns focused on specific sustainability regulations or reporting standards, leveraging channels such as email, social, display advertising, media buys, blog, and webinars 
• Oversee the logistics of planned online and offline events, including two in-person tradeshows and two webinars 
• Participate in corporate communications activities, including press releases and contributed content placement 
• Ensure maximum exposure through our strategic partnerships with CDP and Invest Europe 
• Develop content and relevant downloadable assets as needed to support sustainability demand generation 
• Collaborate with the other sustainability-focused resources to ideate new campaign and content initiatives 
• Report on performance of all managed programs 

• 5 years of marketing experience ideally within B2B SaaS or software 
• Experience, understanding, and interest in sustainability & ESG strongly preferred 
• Exceptional project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage available resources and meet deadlines
• Proven track record executing results-oriented, multi-channel campaigns 
• Working knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo 
• Comfortable operating and excelling in both strategic and tactical levels 
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with colleagues in cross-functional teams and across the globe 
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment 
• Strong, reliable internet connection; Competent in PC & Microsoft equipment and tools
