```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and feedback as needed
```Experience```
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of retail math principles and ability to analyze sales data
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
