We are seeking an experienced and dynamic licensed Herbiside applicator Supervisor to oversee and manage applications within a designated region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial Herbiside application, project management, and team leadership. This role requires a proactive approach to integrated pest management system to ensure the successful execution of Herbiside application projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and guidance to the Herbiside applicators, ensuring effective team management.
2. Oversee Herbiside applications, and maintenance activities to uphold the highest quality standards.
3. Manage pest control crews including material stock, supplies, and equipment, to ensure optimal levels and timely reapplications.
4. Develop and implement efficient Herbiside application processes to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of pest control-related materials and supplies.
6. Supervise the scheduling and execution of Herbiside applications, selective and none selective Herbiside application.
7. Monitor and maintain plant health, addressing issues such as pest control and disease management.
8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.
9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including safety protocols.
10. Handle customer inquiries, provide expert advice, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
11. Prepare and manage budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource utilization.
