We are recruiting for a Design Engineer II to join our team, based in Houston. The Design Engineer will develop conceptual ideas through to manufacture, encompassing the whole design process; being responsible for R&D project tasks such as design analysis and new product development.

Throughout the process, the role takes into consideration several factors including: cost, legal stipulations, manufacturing capabilities, servicing, and the product life cycle. All designs carried out follow in-house design control procedures which ensure that design work is properly controlled.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have, at least, a BEng in Mechanical Engineering. Working knowledge of 3D CAD software would also be highly beneficial. Basic knowledge of stress analysis and fluid dynamics, Finite Element Analysis and MathCAD software is desired.
