Senior Tech Marketing Program Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Tech Marketing Programs Manager to help us change the way the world works, with Parallels: anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity. Here, you will be a member of the Tech leadership team that is responsible for driving demand and filling the lead pipeline for our B2B Sales teams. This role will be primarily to the Parallels brand (Parallels Remote Application Server, Awingu, Parallels Desktop) – a focus of strategic importance due to its exceptional growth potential.

Your team is global and working across multiple time zones, so a high degree of comfort with remote work and availability for occasional meetings outside of standard working hours is critical.

As a Senior Tech Marketing Program Manager, you will:

  • Report to the VP Tech Marketing and be part of the Tech Marketing leadership team.
  • Develop lead generating marketing campaigns that employ a mix of online and offline marketing channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, blog, webinars, events, ABM, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the Tech Marketing team (PMM, Growth, Partner), the Tech Sales teams and other Alludo marketing services in the definition, setup and execution of tactical and strategic campaigns. 
  • You will need to think out-of-the-box and be hands-on as needed.
  • Work directly with our SEO/SEM agency as needed for B2B specific campaigns.
  • Project-manage campaigns using Asana to ensure alignment between Growth and Creative Services, Content Marketing, Partner Experience, Digital Direct, Product Management, …
  • You will assure strategic fit with Tech objectives as well as assure operational excellence on a lower-level / detail.
  • Increase and build internal ABM expertise by learning and operationalizing a new-to-Alludo ABM technology platform. 
  • Build relationships with internal and external thought leaders and influencers for contribution to programs and thought-leadership content.
  • Identify performance metrics for campaigns and maintain regular measurement of campaign ROI, to be reported out regularly at cross-functional meetings. 
  • Test, learn, iterate.

What you bring to the team:

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B software marketing.
  • Strong Project/program management skills and a proven track-record in this domain
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence, also for complex tasks that involve a lot of stakeholders
  • A problem-solving mindset and strategic thinker, not just for the ‘campaign management’ but for all activities in the ‘Tech Pillar’ and beyond.
  • Ability to work well under stress, communicate clearly with global colleagues, and prioritize workload independently.
  • (basic) Experience in and with Tech products in scope (ie. Parallels Remote Application Server, Awingu, Parallels Desktop)
  • A high level of comfort in learning new technology tools and working effectively and accurately with data. 
  • Experience with a broad spectrum of marketing functions, including product marketing, content development, lead generation and customer communications. 
  • The confidence to propose, champion, and own the execution and measurement of new ideas that will deliver on the growth potential of this product. 
  • A collaborative attitude and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to act as a corporate representative at both online and live events, and speak to our product benefits and features with ease. 
  • A willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
