We are seeking a Senior Global Integrated Campaigns Manager to join our Online Sales and Marketing (OSM) team, focusing on driving integrated campaigns for the Parallels business.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need an interest and technical knowledge of developer tools. You’ll need to understand how growth marketing and demand generation work, and you’ll need a relentless drive to try new things with an eye for detail. Your long-term success will depend on your ability to work closely with internal teams at Parallels, who will help amplify and optimize your campaigns. Most importantly, you’ll need to be excited about taking ownership of big objectives with big goals, working autonomously, and maintaining a bias for considered action.

As a Senior Global Integrated Campaigns Manager, you will:

  • Execute globally integrated campaigns, at pace and at scale, while optimizing and building repeatable processes to support our growth and adoption
  • Create, own, and execute campaign strategies to accelerate product usage, drive engagement, and conversions.
  • Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from sales, product marketing, web, brand/design, and marketing operations to generate compelling content to targeted personas throughout the user lifecycle.
  • Plan and execute global campaigns to support marketing goals aligned to driving conversions, user and developer education, product and feature adoption, and customer engagement.
  • Work across channels to reach our audiences where they are including: community forums, email, digital ads, video, web, in-product, virtual and/or in-person events, and other demand focused channels.
  • Project manage execution of campaigns and programs internally with all stakeholders as well as external agencies, and vendors.
  • Operationalize, implement, and report on campaign impact.
  • Provide insights to refine our tactics and messaging based on audience engagement.
  • Identify content and activity gaps and opportunities for optimization.

What YOU bring to the table:

  • 4 year experience implementing, managing and executing impactful SaaS or B2B/B2C software marketing campaigns.
  • Interest in the developer space and developer tools.
  • Strong and impactful writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, target, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with project management experience.
  • A good understanding of the modern MarTech stack and how digital channel strategies work
