PRODUCTION LEAD ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for assisting the shift supervisor in the managing of the Production Department
- Assists in training of all new and current production staff.
- Maintatains open communication with peers and direct reports
