Title: New Business Coordinator (NBC)
CoreCap Advisors, LLC (“CCA”) is a mid-sized Registered Investment Advisor firm. CoreCap Investments, LLC is a mid-sized independent Broker-Dealer (“CCI”) firm. Our main office is based in Southfield, Michigan.
Job Summary:
The New Business Coordinator is responsible for processing paperwork for CCA & CCI clients.
Summary of Essential Job Functions (included but not limited to):
· Opening of new fee-based and transaction-based accounts, including ensuring that all paperwork is in good order and completed in a timely manner
· Working with custodians and carriers to open new accounts
· Processing client service requests, including distributions, deposits, ACATs, RMDs
· Provide excellent customer service through regular communication via phone and email
· Updating records for Advisors, Registered Representatives, and their respective clients
· Other operational, administrative and data-entry responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
· Financial services and/or operations experience preferred
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable and punctual, with effective time management skills
· Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits to full-time employees include health, dental and vision benefits. All applicants are required to take a PI Survey. All employees are subject to a background check prior to hire.
