Position Overview
The Manager of Debt Capital Markets will play a meaningful role within the company, participating in all aspects of Core’s debt capital markets platform. Reporting to the Director of Capital Markets, the Manager will evaluate, implement, and monitor our debt portfolio to align with the short- and long-term goals of the company. Given the critical nature of debt financing within Core’s capital structure, the Manager works closely across all departments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
