Summary/Objective
The Product Engineer is responsible for leading the product launch and life cycle support for the integration of materials, methods, equipment, tools, and process development necessary to bring new production as well as the long term management and continuous improvement of assigned products. Support production with manufacturing processes, work instructions, process and equipment troubleshooting, and production efficiencies.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and manufacturing floor environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and does require daily shop-floor presence and interaction with other departments and employees.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. In addition, this position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
Travel
Travel is limited and primary local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected from time to time that is by the customer or Engineering Manager
