Core Health Care is Hiring a HOME CARE WORKER Near Tucson, AZ
Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers, Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aide's to provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a Home Care Worker, Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aid, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to include car insurance
- First aid and CPR certification
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects or individuals as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
