Wound Care Nurse Manager - MLTC

Join our team as a Wound Care Nurse Manager in our Bronx office. We're a leading MLTC program with offices across NY, offering a rewarding role with excellent benefits and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, teaching, and training on wound care management to staff, members, or their representatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and the Chief Medical Officer to develop treatment plans for members with active wounds.
• Monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans and provide follow-up and direction to staff and members.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN License.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Acute Care settings.
• Current Wound Care Certification.
• Staff development or adult instruction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOH and MLTC standards for home care.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 annually
