At Core Clinical Partners, the Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives to elevate our brand and services. This position involves close collaboration with our marketing, recruitment, and business development teams, contributing significantly to our strategic marketing efforts.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, such as brand awareness campaigns, social media, and website content management.
• Support the management of our website; including content creation, regular audits and updates, and SEO. 
• Collect data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve marketing efforts. Marketing coordinators track sales data and work with marketing teams to achieve marketing goals. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and publish relevant, original, and high-quality social media content. Respond to and interact with social media posts, comments, and messages from audience/followers. 
• Work closely with the recruiting team to update and refine job posting templates and strategies; coordinate and manage job postings across platforms such as PracticeMatch, PracticeLink, and our website. 
• Assist in the planning of recruiting events with outreach initiatives, coordinating logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. 
• Serve as a resource for business development activities, including compiling contact lists, printing, and binding presentations. 
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing databases.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing software, and content management skills. 
• Experience with HubSpot, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, WordPress, and SEMRush preferred. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate with professionals internal and external to the company and across geographic locations.
• Exhibit a growth mindset and team-orientated behaviors. 

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or a related area; Experience in healthcare or clinician recruitment is a plus.
