Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Network Engineer to join our team. As the Senior Security Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network security policies and controls that protect our organization from cyber threats. You will be working with various teams to ensure that our network and applications are secure and compliant with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network security policies and controls that protect the organization from cyber threats.
• Ensure that all network components, including firewalls, VPNs, SSL, and intrusion detection/prevention systems, are properly configured, and working efficiently.
• Manage and maintain security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and application control systems.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to ensure that security incidents are handled promptly and effectively.
• Perform security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies and recommend improvements to existing security infrastructure and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in network security engineering, Microsoft Security.
• Expertise in Checkpoint firewall technologies, Cisco ISE, VPN, SSL, and other security protocols.
• Knowledge of intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and other security technologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or GIAC.
