About us: We are a full-service provider for all real estate-related needs; we have offices in
Bloomington, Peoria, and Springfield, Illinois, and we currently manage residential units, commercial spaces, and home associations.
About the role: Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the Associate Property Manager position is the primary leasing and customer service representative for a portfolio of units including multi-family units, and single-family units. Responsible for assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management of the properties, showing and leasing apartments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction.
