Cordoba is Hiring a Remote Project Manager - Multi-Family Planning

Overview:
The Project Manager will provide full cycle project management services & leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of large-scale new multi-family builds. Projects may include modifications, removals, and installations of both electric and gas facilities and services.
Responsibilities:
  • Effectively collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess risks, and present solutions to challenges.
  • Serves as the single point of contact for all assigned projects.
  • Develops and maintains project parameters for project requirements.
  • Manages and coordinates all activities leading to the successful completion of projects including project scoping, timelines, and design.
  • Assesses overall project risks related to scope, schedule and cost impacts and present risk mitigation or resolution options.
  • Applies comprehensive project management processes and principles to review complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Builds solid business cases/project justifications.
  • Communicates technical issues/concepts to multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • B.S. in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent field; equivalent experience with customer approval
  • Minimum of 3-5 years directly related work experience managing technical and/or civil construction projects.
  • Demonstrated application of comprehensive project management processes and principles.
  • Ability to review complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ability to build solid business cases/project justifications.
  • Experience assessing overall project risks related to scope, schedule and cost impacts and present risk mitigation or resolution options.
  • Must have strong reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical issues/concepts to multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills and management practices.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other project management team members.
Preferred:
  • Utility planning experience preferred.
  • PMP preferred.
Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,400 per year.
Hybrid: Will be in office or client sites 2-3 days per week
