Cordiem Lockhart is Hiring a Pilates Instructor Near New York, NY
Job Description:
As a Pilates instructor at our new studio, you will have the opportunity to lead dynamic and engaging Pilates classes for clients of all levels. From beginners to advanced practitioners, you will inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals while emphasizing proper technique, alignment, and mindfulness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group Pilates classes, including mat and equipment-based sessions
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate individual needs and abilities
- Create and deliver challenging and varied workouts that focus on strength, flexibility, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Certified Pilates instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, BASI Pilates)
- Previous teaching experience preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
