Cordia Resources is supporting a renowned government contractor in a search for an outstanding Contract Administrator. As Contract Administrator you will play a pivotal role in the successful management of government contracts. 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand contract requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance and coordinate with project teams to address any issues or deviations.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of contract modifications and change orders.
  • Support contract negotiations and vendor/subcontractor relationships.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on contract status and financial performance.
  • Stay current with changes in government contract regulations and industry best practices.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of contract administration processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on government contracts.
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contract administration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
