Job Elements

Assist Account Executives and other managers by building and maintaining excellent vendor and client relationships. Resolving client inquiries, researching products or services that could benefit clients, and processing of orders. Following the fulfillment process through delivery to the client, compiling reports and completing workflows within set timescales; maximizing discounting through manufacturer and vendor relationships, and other tasks assigned involved in account management. Within this role – show the ability to absorb the Account Executive profession – with the potential to graduate to a full-time AE.

Education/Experience Requirements

A college education and 1-2 years of customer service is preferred.

Skills

Excellent administration & communication skills (both verbal and written); proven excellent customer service skills, ability to work well in a team environment, handle pressure and problem solve. Must have business acumen, email etiquette, phone, and excel experience.

Tasks

· Customer service/relationship building.

· Research

· Assist with outreach campaigns.

· Provide Account Executives with administrative support as assigned.

· Assist with preparing quotes.

· Monitor Manage and engage support renewal opportunities.

· Placing orders with distribution / manufacturers.

· Assist with customer related accounting issues.

· Vendor QA

· Contracts

· Manage customer paperwork with regards to the sales process.

· Strengths requested: business acumen, email etiquette, phone experience, excel.

Salary and Benefits

$22.00/Hr. to $24.00/hr. Incentives and partial commissions will be available after 6 months.
