Overview

Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking Network Security &Infrastructure Administrator to join us in our Home Office. Reporting to the Director of Network Security & Infrastructure Services, the Network Security & Infrastructure Administrator will perform a supporting role in the strengthening of the organization’s network security posture as it relates to PCI-DSS compliance and overall security of systems, processes and data through the deployment, administration and analysis of various network tools and framework processes. Responsibilities

  • Assist in administration of centralized log management tool (Rapid7 Insight IDR) to collect all in-scope PCI-DSS devices’ event logs across the enterprise, as well as provide site IT personnel access to the console and appropriate training to ensure they are monitoring logs on a regular basis. Administration of logging tool will also entail assisting in the company’s response to any security events (breaches or other forms of unauthorized access) detected through the logging tool.
  • Provide assistance to properties with internal vulnerability scanning tool (Tenable.io) to ensure all in-scope PCI-DSS devices are being scanned across the enterprise on a quarterly basis and all required critical and high vulnerabilities are being remediated at the sites. Position will have decision-making responsibilities for identifying critical vulnerabilities that need to be remediated throughout the organization and direct the on-site IT resources in remediation activities related to discovered vulnerabilities. Prioritizing issues and escalating as required.
  • Conduct firewall configuration change requests in adherence with the organization’s firewall configuration standards to ensure external vendor connections are secure and restricted to specific ports that are needed for communication. Will also assist with regular scheduled maintenance on Fortigate firewall devices (firmware upgrades, hardware refreshes, policy reviews, etc.).
  • Be the primary point of contact to review secure remote access requests for end users and setup remote access upon approval.
  • Assist in the administration of Sophos endpoint and email security console to ensure all devices are being protected and assist properties to react to Sophos endpoint security events, and to monitor the email security platform and make adjustments to block/allow lists for inbound email scanning.
  • Assist with creation and updating of network documentation as it relates to general network diagrams, credit card data flow through the network, and firewall configurations.
  • Lead the administration of the organization’s security awareness training platform to create, track and report on awareness training assignments and phish simulation campaigns.
  • Work with other members of the home office IT team, as well as property IT personnel on other network-related projects and issues.
  • Assist in administration of Microsoft365 tenant, which is a hybrid cloud/on-premise environment delivering email messaging other M365 services to organization, including Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, and Azure AD Connect.
  • System admin functions related to on-prem Active Directory consisting of one forest and multiple child domains

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in a network security-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of firewall administration and an active interest in Network analytics/problem solving, cybersecurity, PCI-DSS, CCPA and other network security standards.
  • 2 years experience administering on-prem Exchange or Microsoft365 email environments.
  • Associates degree in a computer-related field or equivalent (preferred), or actively pursuing degree or technical certifications.

Location: Home Office in Englewood, CO

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000/yr. 10% bonus
