STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitude to perform each duty proficiently.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Proficiency in PROCORE

· Prior experience in project coordination

· Strong communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONIBILITIES:

· Participate in monthly billings

· Organize and track procurement

· Generate internal reporting

· Assist with change order requests

· Assist with vendor paperwork (COIs, W9, etc.)

· Assist with Purchase Orders

· Assist with Payroll related tracking (hours by project, mileage, prevailing wage reporting, etc.)

· Assist with Project Specific requirements (School Clearances, etc.)

· Assist with obtaining Master Electricians Licenses and State Required Business Licenses

· Assist with project compliance paperwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
