Pride Energy Solutions, located in Bensalem PA, is looking for a bookkeeper/financial controller. Candidates for this position should be comfortable working with QuickBooks. Square banking experience a plus but not needed.

At minimum, 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000- $90,000 per year depending on qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all accrual and cash basis accounting.
• Reconcile accounts, expenses, perform various analyses, and monthly/quarterly reports, with excellent attention to detail.
• Review general ledger activity and oversee monthly bank reconciliation processes.
• Perform bank credit card reconciliations, related entries.
• Processing transactions associated with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Manage customer invoicing process.
• Process payroll and record Payroll Journal Entry
