Coral Bay Club is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our service team!

We are a full-service private country club with multiple restaurant and bar outlets, including fine dining, casual dining, five bars, pool, beach service, as well as private events. Team members will get a variety of experience and every day is fun and different!

We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while being attentive, caring, and love to give friendly proper service to our members and their families.

As a member of the Food & Beverage team you will:

• Gain knowledge in fine and casual dining service, wine service, and cocktail creations
• Learn the menus inside and out, offering recommendations and pairings
• Serve with a smile, and get to know the membership on a personal level
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Complete side duties, as assigned, such as prep work and closing duties
• Maintain a clean work environment

The preferred candidate would have previous food and beverage experience, preferably in a fine dining or private club environment, however experience is not required! In-depth training will be provided as well as continual on-the-job training throughout tenure. This is a great opportunity for professional growth and restaurant operations experience. Team members will meet and get to know influential members of the community in a fun and intimate setting.

• Neat well-groomed appearance
• Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests quickly
• Comfort with POS software a plus (not required)
• Server/bartending experience a plus (not required)

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
