THE CORAL BAY CLUB is Hiring a Kitchen Staff/Dishwasher Near Atlantic, NC

The Coral Bay Club is currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our kitchen crew. We are a full-service private country club with two fast-paced kitchens, preparing food for multiple outlets.

Experience is appreciated but not a requirement. We offer on-the-job training in a positive, learning environment with competitive pay. This is a great opportunity for professional growth and restaurant operations experience.

As a member of the CBC Kitchen Team you will:

• Gain knowledge in proper knife skills, made from scratch cooking like stocks, soups, sauces, salad dressings, savory dishes, sweets and so much more.
• Banquet service experience from plate-ups, live action stations, grazing tables and buffets. Witness and be a part of some of the most beautiful weddings and private parties the Crystal Coast has to offer.
• Learn a la carte service in either of our two kitchens for brunch, lunch, and dinner, using some of the best local and seasonal ingredients.
• Assist the Executive Chef with hands-on training in building fun and elaborate charcuterie, antipasto, fruit carvings, vegetable displays and more.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and regulations while helping maintain a clean work environment.
• Work with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef on multiple course meals paired with wine like Chef’s Tables and Farm to Fork dinners.
