Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth - Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts - Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent customer service and account management skills - Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and technical sales - Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, health benefits, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
