Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively over the phone.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Present and promote products or services to prospects
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers
- Utilize sales techniques to secure deals
- Update customer information in the database

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proficient in English
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of technical sales and business development is advantageous
