Store Managers are responsible for managing all operational aspects of our store. The primary objective will be to achieve or exceed sales plan for the store. This will be accomplished by: developing excellent customer service, developing and executing events and services, effective management and development of human resources, efficient payroll management and pro-active loss prevention management.

Requirements Fulfillment of the duties of this position requires incumbent to have 1 year of retail store manager experience (or higher) with a dynamic and complex specialty retailing background; proven track record of developing others to the next level, driving results, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. Must have strong verbal selling skills, organizational and time management skills, leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility, a strong sense of urgency, the ability to adapt to change, and the ability to train and motivate employees. Basic qualifications include: must have reliable transportation, must be willing to work the day before and after major holidays including evenings and/or weekends, must remain in town during entire holiday selling seasons, must have flexible availability, and must work most Saturdays. In addition, the physical requirements involve the ability to stand for a prolonged period of time, able to regularly bend, squat and reach overhead, and able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds; i.e., fixture parts and cartons.
