**About the Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Store Manager to join the Sheridan team to lead and develop our team at our **Logan** **Outlet**.

This position has the ability to be full time or part time (4 days per week), working to a Tuesday - Saturday roster, with one weekend off each month.

**Duties**

* Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals

* Store operations including managing and prioritising large volumes of stock

* Facilitating VM in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and quick decision making to maximise sales opportunities

* Utilising reporting tools to make commercial decisions to drive & achieve business objectives

* Driving a high performing team, committed to providing outstanding customer service

**Skills Experience**

* Previous people management experience, preferably in retail

* Experience in a fast paced, ever changing environment

* Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets

* Experience managing large volumes of stock, using a strong commercial acumen

* Ability to coach and develop a team through succession planning
