- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans for residents
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and resident rights
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing programs and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
```Experience```
- In-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Familiarity with hospice care, home health, and other specialized areas of healthcare
- Strong understanding of physiology and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and systems effectively
