TSA Shipment Screener

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Copper River Seafoods, located in Anchorage, Alaska, is currently seeking multiple candidates dedicated individuals to join our team as TSA Shipment Screeners. As a TSA Shipment Screener, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of our fresh and frozen seafood shipments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Package fresh and frozen seafood products according to company standards.

Ø Perform TSA screening of air shipments in compliance with regulations.

Ø Re-pack, band, and palletize boxes of product for transport.

Ø Shrink-wrap pallets to secure shipments for transit.

Ø Assist in blast freezing orders to maintain product quality.

Ø Utilize computer and scale systems for inventory management and tracking.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. repetitively.

Ø Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Ø Successful completion of a federal background check.

Ø Pass pre-employment drug screening.

Ø Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
