Freezer Break/Case Up Operator

Copper River Seafoods in Anchorage Alaska is looking to hire General Labor employees for breaking blast cells, glazing fish fillets and casing up customer orders.

Copper River Seafoods is a value-added facility located in Anchorage Alaska that operates year-round. We have a fun group of employees that enjoy the rewards of hard work, food quality and safety culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Repetitive lifting of fish racks

· Dumping fish racks into glaze machine

· Casing up fillets to customer specifications

· Have fun!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Show up on time and work full shift
• Clean appearance
• Standing for 8 hours
• Have a good relationship with co-workers in a fun diverse team
• Be okay with jamming out to music (sometimes we dance)
• Follow quality & safety guidelines
• Understand basic work safety and awareness

This is an extremely physical job with repetitive movements. Applicants must be able to lift to 50 lbs. push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Position is based in Anchorage, Alaska.

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
