Job Overview:

I am seeking a highly motivated and driven Assistant to help me with my small/boutique Real Estate and Property Management business in Raleigh. Property Management and Real Estate Experience Preferred. Qualified candidates can work remotely 80% of the time via text/phone/online. Other 20% would some light office work in our North Raleigh office and making visits to our properties (such as putting on a lockbox, taking pictures, picking up a package, meeting vendors, etc.). Roughly about 10-15 hours per week, spread out sporadically throughout the week, as needed. Some work would be courier tasks - averages 2 trips a week (sometimes more, sometimes none) would be additional $25-$50 per trip, depending on the task.

Some examples of duties may be:
- Assist Realtor/Property Manager with repairs/maintenance requests

- Finding Vendors, verifying insurance, adding them to software

- Making trips to properties to take pictures, make notes of condition, meet vendors

- Assist Property Manager with rental application verification

- Assist in paperwork (obtaining signatures, filing, uploading)

- Client gift ordering

- Card writing/mailings

- Sending out tenant communication letters

- Ordering office supplies

- Ordering marketing material

- Emailing prospects instructions on how to view our homes and how to apply

- Answering basic questions about our rental properties and processes

Qualifications:
- Quick to respond to text/email during 9-5/7 days a week (during reasonable hours). This isn't an all-day gig. Some days I might need about 2-3 hour's worth of help and some days none. There will also be some work you can do "whenever you have time".
- Customer service skills: including patience when dealing with difficult individuals

- Great work ethic with a "what else can I do" attitude

- Reliable (both themselves and their vehicle to use for courier tasks)

Looking for someone that will be my right-hand person! Each week will look different, but that's the nature of our business. We will get our work done, but try to have fun doing it :)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
