RN Supervisor / Treatment Nurse candidate will supervise breakfast and lunch meals by checking tray cards for accuracy of proper diet and texture along with the likes and dislikes of each resident. The RN will remain in the dining room during the meal to assist staff and residents as needed as well as be there for the safety of each resident in the event of choking during the meal. Candidate will do the treatments and daily documentation for the treatments. Candidate will work closely with the Director of Nurses to do the weekly Wound Assessment Documentation together. The candidate will develop the wound Care Plan for each resident that has a wound and update it weekly and as needed. Each day at the beginning of the day shift and the beginning of the evening shift the RN will check staffing assignment sheet to ensure the CNA's scheduled are here for their shift. The RN will be in an on call rotation with 4 other nurses.
