**Job Requirements:**

* At least 3 years Automotive Retail Service Manager experience required.

* Toyota or Lexus experience is a plus.

* Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.

* ASE Certification (C1) - preferred but not required.

* High volume service experience a plus.

* Proven track record in CSI and professional work ethic is a must.

* Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.

* Valid in-state drivers license with good driving record.

* Submit to and successfully complete Motor Vehicle Record Check, Background Check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**

* Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.

* Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.

* Assists in diagnosing vehicle problems.

* Orders parts and tools as necessary.

* Oversees administration of warranty claims.

* Oversees training and supervising of service department employees.

* Works with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions. Sets schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.

* Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.

* Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

* Maintain effective employee relations.
