The Opportunity:
As a civil litigation defense attorney at CSVL, you’ll be a part of a team representing professionals and other defendants or respondents involved in professional liability cases and similar disputes in litigation and arbitration. You will be handling cases from beginning to end, including the preparation of pleadings and motions and participation in all aspects of discovery, dispute resolution/mediation and trial. Additionally, you’ll work closely with CSVL team members to ensure all appropriate defenses are leveraged to reach positive outcomes.
Essential Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years as a practicing attorney
