Job Title Sr Manager Financial Planning & Analysis As the Sr Manger FP&A, you will oversee the financial planning and analysis services globally and drive functional strategy by leading key initiatives with regional or global impact. This role is a key resource in business analysis for prospective mergers/acquisitions and divestitures as directed. The Sr. Manager FP&A will act as an internal consultant and strategic business adviser to influence management decisions through concise financial, market, and business information. Roles and Responsibilities: · Areas of responsibilities include coordinating company-wide efforts related to: a. Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting b. Internal Reporting and Analysis c. Merger and Acquisition Analysis and Support d. Business and Capital Investment Valuation e. Ad-Hoc analysis · Key resource in managing the development and delivery of the Company’s annual plan as well as periodic forecast updates to help management make timely decisions about the direction of the Company. · Lead scenario modeling efforts for the development and growth of the company, to include analysis of changes to the capital structure, capex spending, margins, and acquisitions/divestitures. · Drive process improvement by developing and executing practices that allow for efficient, transparent, and timely analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance. · Develop and deliver internal financial and business reports. · Lead market and operational analyses and communicate new trends and opportunities to inform business decisions and strategy. · Deliver clear and concise recommendations to senior management driven by industry research, business modeling and financial analysis. · Key resource for the initial financial analysis of all prospective mergers/acquisitions and certain asset divestitures. · Work with other accounting/finance/IT/operational team members to grow and enhance financial data platforms that are used to deliver concise financial information to management. · Manage and develop team of financial professionals to execute on functional strategy and business plans. · Work with operations management to deliver valuable performance measurements to help effective decision making and capitalize on cost saving opportunities at the facilities. Job Requirements: Education: · Accounting or Finance degree. · CPA or MBA preferred. Experience: · Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial analysis organization. · Experience in preparing business plans, financial plans, and forecasts. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: · Good analytical and quantitative capabilities. · Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to analyze, interpret and present complex material in a clear and succinct manner required. · Proficient in developing reports utilizing a variety of tools, including MS Office Suite, Microsoft Access or similar relational data base tools, and in-house systems. · Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate several ongoing projects and deliverables simultaneously under tight and competing due dates with limited resources is mandatory. · Highly motivated/self-directed individual willing to take initiative required. · Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds. #LI-MR1 Target Hiring Range Annual Salary: USD 124,000.00 - USD 171,000.00 Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
