Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) seeks a talented Payroll Operations Manager to contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. The Payroll Operations Manager holds overall responsibility for the timely and accurate payroll of over 400 employees. The Payroll Operations Manager provides guidance, supervision, training, and support to the Payroll team in overseeing day-to-day payroll activities, and provides subject matter expertise for escalated payroll requests and/or problem-solving assistance. The Payroll Operations Manager includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with CCSI policies and federal, state, and local wage/hour and tax regulations.
